We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access and alteration.

Our website is encrypted with TLS, so the information you send us is protected in transit. You can confirm this by checking for the padlock or "https" in your browser's address bar.

Email from ASC

With your consent, we send occasional emails with product news, helpful PCB information and updates to your account or our website. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

If you plan to order from us, please keep receiving our transactional emails. That is how we send order confirmations, shipping updates and questions about your files.

We do not send unsolicited commercial email.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies, small text files stored in your browser, to keep you signed in, remember your cart, recognize repeat visitors and understand how the site is used. Some cookies come from analytics and advertising partners, such as Google, that help us measure site traffic and the performance of our ads.

You can accept, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may keep parts of the site, such as ordering, from working properly.

E

xport control and ITAR

ASC has no control over, or knowledge of, how you use our printed circuit boards and other products. Our products may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), administered by the U.S. Department of State, and to other U.S. export control laws.

By ordering from ASC, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including ITAR. You agree not to transfer any export-controlled item to a foreign person without the required export license, agreement, exemption or exception from the proper government authorities.

If you export or manufacture defense articles or provide defense services, you represent and warrant to ASC that you are registered with the proper government authorities as required by ITAR and other applicable laws. You are responsible for all liabilities and expenses related to your compliance or non-compliance with this section, and you agree to indemnify ASC against all costs and expenses arising from third-party claims caused by your non-compliance.
