We take pride in the work we do. Our program is dynamic with a focus on continuous improvement aimed at customer satisfaction. We are utilizing several tools including DOE and statistical analysis to assist us in our goals.
ASC has state-of-the-art process control systems and our certifications include AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001:2015 and multiple military grade circuit board certifications (MIL-PRF-31032, MIL-PRF-50884, MIL-PRC-50110). Additionally, we have PPAPs on multiple parts for the automotive industry. We have rigorous SPC controls, automated optical inspection, metallographic cross section and electrical test facilities. These provide the quality assurance needed to meet the high standards of our customers.
ISO 13485:2016
ISO 13485:2016 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
AS-9100 REV D
AS9100 certification represents a well-defined Quality System for the design, fabrication and assembly of devices for aircraft, weapon systems and commercial applications. It shows commitment to quality and customers and a willingness to work toward improving efficiency. It demonstrates the existence of an effective quality management system that satisfies the rigors of an independent, external audit and addresses the additional safety, reliability and quality concerns specific to the aerospace industry.
ISO 9001:2015
This standard revises ISO 9001:2008 to include requirements for a new, higher level structure as a common framework to all ISO management systems, risk-based thinking in quality system processes, fewer prescribed requirements with less emphasis on documentation, clear definition of quality management system boundaries and increased leadership requirements.
IATF16949:2016
IATF 16949:2016 is the global technical specification and quality management standard for the automotive industry based on ISO 9001:2015. It is designed to be used in conjunction with ISO 9001:2015, and contains supplemental requirements specific to the automotive industry rather than being a stand-alone QMS.
MIL-PRF-31032
This specification intends to allow the device manufacturer the freedom to enact best commercial practices while still delivering products that meet military performance needs. Certification to this standard is intended for manufacturers of the kinds of devices mentioned above that wish to be suppliers to the Department of Defense. ASC has MIL Certification on the following products: FR4, Polyimide, Flex, Rigid-Flex, Pure Hydrocarbon and Hydrocarbon Hybrid.
MIL-PRC-55110
MIL-PRC-55110 is a certification based on a military performance specification whose scope specifies the performance and qualification requirements for rigid single-sided, double-sided, and multilayer printed wiring boards with or without plated through holes.
MIL-PRF-50884-F
This specification establishes the performance and qualification requirements for flexible and rigid-flex printed wiring boards with or without plated through holes.
ITAR REGISTERED
ITAR stands for The International Traffic in Arms Regulations and is a set of government regulations related to defense exports. The regulations include policies and provisions related to prohibited exports, imports and sales to or from specific countries, exceptions among many others.
All manufacturers, exporters and brokers of defense articles, related to technical data and defense services as defined on the United States Munitions List are required to register.
UL CERTIFIED
Underwriters Laboratories (UL) has tested representative samples of our products and determined that the product meets specific, defined requirements. These requirements are often based on UL's published and nationally recognized Standards for Safety. ASC's UL certifications include:
