This two-day show has a very specific focus and audience, appealing to both the technical and purchasing sector of contract manufacturing (EMS).

(ASC) today announced that it has successfully completed an audit which has resulted in upgrading its ISO 9001:2000 certification to ISO9001:2008 standard for its commitment to quality. The company was awarded this designation by Intertek Testing Services NA, Inc. for its compliance with quality process standards and effective quality management systems. American Standard Circuits, Inc Receives Second Technology Patent

American Standard Circuits, Inc. (ASC) reported it has received its second technology patent from the United States Patent & Trademark Office. U.S. Patent 7,540,081 covers Thermasil Film which is used to bond high or low frequency printed circuit boards (PCB) to a metal heat sink with a thermally conducting electrically insulating silicone based film. Thermasil can be made to any thickness from 3 mil to 25 mil and thermal conductivity can be tailored from 1.5 to 4.5 W/mK. ASC will license this technology to companies and fabricators interested in using this technology. Read more...

American Standard Circuits, Inc. (ASC) reported it has received its first technology patent from the United States Patent & Trademark Office. U.S. Patent 7,527,873 covers the Electrasil Film which is used to bond high or low frequency printed circuit boards (PCB) to a metal heat sink with an electrically (and thermally) conductive silicone based film. American Standard Circuits (ASC), a military-approved fabricator of high tech rigid and flexible printed circuit boards from West Chicago, Illinois, exhibited at the Del Mar Electronics Show last week in San Diego, California. The company was among roughly 1,000 exhibitors throughout the electronics supply chain, but were part of a much smaller group that represented companies from outside the immediate San Diego and Southern California area.
